Common Sterilizer Options

  • SteriNet.  Control and monitoring optimization.  Quick and easy troubleshooting for autoclaves with off-site diagnosis of operation problems through a standard phone line.

  • Integral Steam Generator.  No house steam at your facility? Consolidated offers an integral steam generator to provide steam to the sterilizer.
  • Generator Blowdown.  Necessary if the water to the generator is so impure it needs to be flushed out of the generator after the cycle.
  • Cabinet or Recessed Installation.  Double door, recessed 1 or 2 walls.
  • Jacket Blowdown.  Recommended for liquid cycles. Exhausts steam in the chamber as well as the jacket.  This is needed for liquid cycles to prevent media/liquids from boiling over (also known as solution cooling).
  • Standard Shelving.  Non-removable shelving.
  • Rack w/Removable Shelving.  Instead of non-removable shelving.
  • Steam/Inlet Filter.  Cleans dirty steam.
  • Automatic Water Feed Pump.  For facilities with less than 45 psi water pressure to sterilizer (all stainless available as well).
  • High-Polish Mirror Finish.  Welds are grounded smooth in the stainless (only necessary in GMP labs or if customer has an application that requires this finish).
  • Load Control Probe.  Probe placed with load for the duration of a cycle validating sterilization.
  • Multi-Probe Sealing Gland.  A thermocouple port for those customers that are performing validation.
