Leadership Team William WarrenPresident and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Warren joined Consolidated Sterilizer Systems in July 2023, shortly after the company was acquired by Bunker Hill Capital. Mr. Warren has extensive experience in the contamination control industry, having spent 13 years at STERIS Corporation, where he held various leadership roles in general management, sales, service and marketing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Warren worked for GE Lighting, as well as started his own successful consumer products company based on a patented technology he developed. Mr. Warren has an MBA from New York University and BS in Economics from Connecticut College. Bob YoungVice President, Operations Mr. Young brings 30 years of experience in operations, engineering, quality and finance within vertically integrated manufacturing environments to Consolidated Sterilizer Systems as Vice President of Operations. Previously, Mr. Young was the founder and President of a concept metal working business and General/Operations Manager of a leading specialty metal cutting and fabrication company. Mr. Young graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Mike DockterVice President, Finance Mr. Dockter brings 17 years of experience in finance and operations with growing manufacturing companies across a variety of industries and countries. Prior to joining Consolidated as VP of Finance, Mr. Dockter worked for Protolabs, a contract digital manufacturer, where he was a key contributor in projects starting up operations in overseas countries, several M&A projects, and an IPO. Mr. Dockter graduated from the University of Minnesota with an MBA and a BS in Accounting. In his spare time Mr. Dockter enjoys running, cooking, and tinkering in the garage with his cars. Lissa Davidson Director, Human Resources Ms. Davidson began working at Consolidated in 2000, assuming HR responsibilities in 2008. Ms. Davidson received her B.S. in Public Relations from Syracuse University, and her MBA with a Human Resources Specialization from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Ms. Davidson enjoys putting her education and years of experience at Consolidated to work for the company’s greatest resource – its people.
