| NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT: MARK V |
Boston, MA, January 3, 2005 – Consolidated
Stills and Sterilizers announced today that it has received approval from
the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market its “MARK V”
microprocessor controlled steam sterilizers. This approval allows
Consolidated to expand its current product offering to the healthcare
market. The Company will provide an array of sizes and features suitable
for operating rooms and central sterile supply.
The approved models feature computerized control and data
collection/recording and include 10 FDA approved and 4 user cycles. All
sterilizers include Gravity, Vacuum and Liquid cycles, ASME U-1 stamping(s)
and are UL listed. Options include: built-in or house steam, transport
systems, pass-thru units, effluent decontamination systems and more. For
