New Technology In Development
President and Founder, William Barnstead, and his staff are currently working to develop a product that will revolutionize the entire sterilization industry. Consolidated has obtained a license for certain patented technology that will hasten the development of this new technology. If the technology performs to FDA-standards, the effects will be far reaching, and it will upgrade and address some of the sterilization problems in hospitals and research laboratories. To use the words of Charles Dickens, medically speaking, this technology has the potential to change what is now the worst of times into the best of times! The potential of this new technology is beyond even that of Ozone Sterilization.

While Consolidated believes in the technology, and its potential, the end is not yet in sight. Consolidated is approximately one year away from bringing to market this exciting new technology. Mr. Barnstead explains, "We are telling you about this now so that we can prepare you for some changes to Consolidated this will necessitate."

"Presently," continues Mr. Barnstead, "our Research and Development Staff is focusing on achieving a sterilization time of under 30 minutes. Preliminary testing, utilizing recent advances in our technology, has indicated that this is possible to achieve. Sterilization under one hour will put this system in direct competition with the "Sterrad" unit from Johnson & Johnson, as well as other reprocessing devices that only perform disinfection. "

Please contact Mr. Barnstead or Arthur Trapotsis, Director of Research and Development, with any questions regarding this new technology venture.
