- You program and monitor all sterilization cycles with an easy-to-use, menu-driven interface.
- The thermal printer makes a record of the sterilizer's daily activity.
An optional impact printer with a take-up spool is also available.
- An optional RS-232 port for downloading sterilization data to external memory is available.
- Complete diagnostics check of all the system functions before and during each cycle is performed by the control system.
- User-friendly HELP key presents a complete description of each menu right there on the CRT screen.
- Full 80 column and 25 line CRT display allows you to observe all crucial sterilization data on one full screen.

| Units have a digital timer, an indicating, controlling and recording thermometer and a push button cycle selector. |
- Set a cycle's duration with the digital timer and set temperature
with the indicating, controlling, and recording thermometer.
- Choose a cycle with the push button selector: fast, fluid or
dry.
- The sterilizer automatically exhausts at the end of each
cycle.
- The indicating, controlling and recording thermometer marks the
cycle's progress on chart paper to give you a record of the
sterilizer's daily activity.

| Steromaster Controls |
- Close emergency manual bypass valves and open steam supply valve.
- Set sterilize and exhaust timers and cycle switch for desired time and cycle.
- Read sterilizer gauges to monitor chamber temperature, jacket pressure and chamber pressure.
- Cycle progression will also be indicated by the cycle indicator lights.
- At end of cycle, chamber exhausts to zero, buzzer sounds and operator may open door.

| SteriMagic Controls |
The
SteriMagic control system combines a Windows (R) user intrerface with an
industry-standard Allen-Bradley PLC to control industrial sterilizers
and resistometers. User interface features and operation are common
between versions and option levels, so as to facilitate user familiarity
and minimize training for operation of any sterilizer controlled by
SteriMagic. The program has two portions. One is a Windows-based,
Microsoft Outlook®-derived user interface and data logging module. The
other portion runs an Allen-Bradley SLC-500 series PLC. The entire
program works together to control the sterilizer and inform the user as
to its condition and cycle/process status. |
|
|
|
SteriMagic runs on any Windows 98 or higher PC. The ease of use of
Windows® and the reliability of Allen-Bradley PLCs combine to make cycle
definition, execution and analysis simple, flexible and reliable. Cycle
data is stored in an Excel®-compatible file format allowing easy access
to and analysis of the data. |

|
Standard and optional features include: |
- user-definable cycles
- any industrial or laboratory sterilization process may be
controlled
- controls may be customized to meet your needs
- network ready
- barcode scanning
- optional hazard-analysis-based software validation using top-down
(FTA) and bottom up (FMEA) failure analysis tools
- fully documented. IEEE-based software requirements specification
is the starting point of every controls project.
- IQ and OQ testing available before hand-off to your people
