Tower Model
Consolidated’s Tower Model is the answer to your space limitation problems. This novel design efficiently utilizes the precious space available to labs and hospitals. CSS's Tower Model allows the user to independently operate each unit, thereby saving time as well as space.

This model also gives you the ability to simultaneously sterilize different types of goods without taking up the space of two individual sterilizers.

Our sales reps are standing by to assist you in building your custom sterilizer.

Consolidated BSL-3 Steam Sterilizers
BSL-3 sterilizers from Consolidated meet the tough requirements of biocontainment facilities WITHOUT any increase in utility costs. Consolidated Effluent Decontamination System is simple and unique design which incorporates a patented, ultra-high efficiency filter, rated at 99.9999+% efficiency for 0.01mm particles. It is at least 30 times more effective than the accepted standard for sterile air filters and is in full compliance with the requirements of the FDA.

All contaminated effluent must first pass through the filter before discharging to the facility drain. The filter, which is inserted in the sterilizer chamber drain, captures microbes where they are completely sterilized-in-place. The steam sterilization process destroys microbes and allows the filter to be safely removed. Additional steam and cooling water are not required for CSS’s effluent decontamination system because CSS’s process utilizes the steam from the exposure phase of the sterilization cycle.

Changing a filter is accomplished without the need for any tools, and can be replaced in less than 2 minutes. Its small size ensures clearance with respect to the bottom shelf within the chamber. CSS Effluent Decontamination Filters can be retrofitted to existing sterilizers including many from other manufacturers.

The effectiveness of Consolidated’s system has been successfully proven by independent facilities.
